1 Laramie Cattle beef brisket
Dry rub:
1 T. Chinese five-spice
2 T. salt
3 T. pepper
Tables Delight
Heat oven to 500 degrees. Trim fat and silver skin from brisket. Wet with Tables Delight. Sprinkle dry rub on all sides and pat in. Place in roasting pan, meat side down. Roast in 500-degree oven for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and wrap meat in foil. Fold foil over to make an air-tight envelope, rolling all edges. Turn oven down to 225 degrees. Cook for 9 to 10 hours. Slice and serve with liquid from foil and Tables Delight.
